Shipping

We ship our products across the UK via Royal Mail standard delivery*. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 - 2 working days. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2 - 4 working days for standard delivery. A standard shipping fee of £3.99. 

If you're in need for a faster delivery, we offer Next Working Day (tracked 24) plus 1 - 2 days dispatch time. A shipping fee of £6.99.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50. 

Everything is packed and shipped from East Sussex.

*Royal Mails Standard delivery is Royal Mail Second Class. Royal Mail Second Class offers a reliable service, making it a great choice for everyday deliveries.

Please note that we do not currently ship internationally yet!

Returns

At Katie Wootton Design, we’re dedicated to creating high quality products and ensuring every customer is delighted with their purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us, and if for any reason your order isn’t quite what you expected, our straightforward returns policy makes the process simple and hassle-free.

If you would like to return your item(s), please contact us to request a return at info@katiewoottondesign.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a returns address and once your item(s) have been received, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be issued provided the returned item(s) are in their original, unused condition. Please note that the return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) is incorrect or faulty.

To make sure your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a tracked postal service. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept responsibility for any items lost during return shipping. We may require proof of postage once shipped.
